Learning The Violin Requires Physical Fitness
Learning the violin first requires certain physical fitness, and people with strong athletic ability will learn the violin relatively easily, with good physical strength, smooth breathing, and can withstand long-term practice, which is naturally good for practicing the piano. Believe it or not, excessive weight loss, weakness in the limbs, and rhinitis have a big impact on the violin, and of course, these problems can be compensated for by perseverance, but the effort is greater. For example, for 3-4-year-old children, the

hands and fingers are still small, the strength is not enough, and the learning is too reluctant, so 5 to 6 years old is a more suitable age, especially in the performance, most of them need to stand up, so physical strength is a very important element. In the face of many young children, the good habits and duration of practicing the piano are of course very important, but parents should not pull out the seedlings to help them, ignore the physical status of their children, and place expectations that do not meet the reality, which will bring excessive psychological pressure to their children.
