The Latest Violin Primer Knowledge Of Main, Semitone, Whole tone
Key-note
The first note in a key scale. 12. Temperament is a type of rhythm. An octave is divided into twelve semitones, and the intervals of the semitones are all equal. Musical instruments such as pianos and harps are set according to this law.
Semi tone, Whole tone
An octave is divided into twelve equal parts, each of which is a semitone, and the two semitones are equivalent to the whole tone. The semitone is equivalent to a minor second, and the whole tone is equivalent to a major second.
Consonant and Dissonance
According to the degree of consonance, it can be divided into perfect consonant intervals (pure 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th degrees) and incomplete consonant intervals (major, minor 3rd, 6th degree). Other than that, it's all dissonant intervals.

Interval
Refers to the distance between two tones. The unit of calculating intervals is called 'degrees', and the number of syllables between two tones is called degrees. Intervals with the same degree are different from the number of semitones and whole tones they contain, and there are differences such as pure, major, minor, increase, and decrease.
Twelve-tone system, tweleve-note system
One of the techniques of modernist composition. Founded in 1921 by the Austrian composer Schoenberg. The composer abandons the traditional system of key, tonality and harmony, and arranges the twelve notes in the chromatic scale into an arbitrary one-year sequence, and then treats them with techniques such as inversion and retrograde, and no note can be repeated unless all the notes have appeared.
The prentatonic scale, which has five tones within an octave, is called the 'pentatonic scale'.
The diationic scale, which has seven tones within an octave, is called the 'seven-tone scale'.
