Professional Violin Beginner Kneading Arm Exercises
The arm is already a part of the wrist and hand, so it must be a first and foremost kneading trick. Neglect of the arm is the root cause of severe and suffering from bending. Place the headstock of the violin on your left shoulder and the other end shoulder-high, and hold the violin in your right hand. The higher the violin position, the more advantages the following exercises will give you. The left elbow of the violin is raised to shoulder height, the left index finger is firmly pressed on the E string (note F), the thumb is now

pronounced the corresponding pressure, and the arm is used to start the tumbling (left and right half roll). Press your finger down tightly under the weight of your elbow, and you'll hear a grinding sound (pronounced by tumbling and pressure) at the touch point of your fingertip. This kneading and grinding of the fingers, along with the improvement of the spinning and tumbling work, produces a richer timbre element, because the hand is now in a trembling motion. Continue this exercise until the arms and hands can work together without difficulty, and after getting this feeling of ease at the violin introductory, continue to do this exercise with two fingers, then three fingers, and finally four fingers.
